Scope of service

ShibaQR provides QR code creation, hosting and analytics. The limits of each plan are listed on the pricing page.

Prohibited content

QR codes must not be used to distribute malware, to defraud, for unlawful content, or to infringe the rights of third parties. Codes found in breach are disabled without refund.

Payment and refunds

Fees are paid in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Refund requests are considered within 7 days of the first payment of each cycle.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is capped at the fees paid over the preceding 12 months.
